SHOPPING

How can I place an order?
Currently we only sell our goods online. Orders by e-mail or telephone are not possible and will not be processed.
What do I have to consider when shopping?
To buy an item from our range, select your desired item on the product page. After selecting your desired size, colour and quantity, you can add it to the shopping cart with one click. Of course, you can repeat this process as often as you like - this is of course also in our interest, as long as you also order and keep the goods. You can view and change a complete overview of your selection by clicking on the shopping basket symbol in the form of a bag at the top right and selecting the View shopping basket field. In order to proceed to the checkout, you must first accept our terms and conditions and cancellation policy. To complete the order you only need to follow a few steps. First create an account or log in to an existing account, select a payment method, check your order and address information and pay - done.

PAYMENT

What payment methods are offered?
We offer you numerous and common payment methods, so that you can use the one that is right for you. On our detailed information page, which describes our possible payment methods such as Paypal, payment by credit card and Klarna, you will find in the footer under the point Payment options or here.
Is it safe to shop online?
We offer you secure payment methods, but it is also up to you to take the necessary security measures. We cannot take over the choice of your password, but this and the place where you surf or in which network you are should correspond to the current security standards. You won't find any fake ratings here, and you won't be motivated to buy by possible shortages. An important indication of secure data transmission on a website is SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption, which you can check in the address bar of your browser. You can recognise this by the "https" at the beginning of the input field. We don't want to spoil your online shopping experience, after all, we certainly profit from it, but the following applies: trust is good, control is better.

SHIPPING

Which shipping methods are available?
We work closely with our shipping service providers DHL, DPD, Deutsche Post, GLS and UPS. Which service provider we choose depends on the respective delivery location. You can find more details on this here.
How many days does shipping take?
We process your order immediately after receipt. The delivery time within Germany is 3-7 working days. However, depending on the volume of orders, it is possible that shipping may take a little longer. We strive to process every order with the same motivation and dedication, no matter how large the quantity ordered, so that every customer is satisfied with their order - we ask for your understanding.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, our trade and shipping is limited to Germany. We are currently working on an international solution, but this may take some time. Stay up to date by subscribing to our newsletter or following us on social media.

RETOUR

How can I return an item?
If a product purchased from us does not fit you or you are not satisfied due to defects, you can of course return it to us within 14 days. To do so, please fill in the form on our Returns page. and you will receive a shipping label by e-mail from our logistics partner after successfully entering your data. Please note that we only accept unused and undamaged products without signs of use in their original packaging. For the sake of completeness, it goes without saying that labels or hangtags have not been removed and are enclosed with the returned goods. At the latest after receipt of the goods and careful inspection of the goods, the purchase price will be credited to you or the rejected items will be replaced and sent to you. If the content of our site is not displayed correctly and you are unable to enter data, this may be due to the fact that you have not accepted the relevant cookies. You can access the privacy settings by clicking on the fingerprint icon at the bottom left of the screen.
Do I have to pay for returns?
We will bear the costs for returned goods, however, we reserve the right to block your account due to increased return behaviour - we ask for your understanding. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
