HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO PAY?
Below you will find an overview of the payment services we offer. The information describes the payment transactions of the payment service providers. The attached link will take you to the homepage of the respective provider.
Pay conveniently by credit card worldwide. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
During the order process, we will authorize or pre-reserve the amount on your credit card when you place your order, but your credit card will not be charged until the ordered goods have left our warehouse.
For security reasons, we recommend using MasterCard Identity Check, Verified by Visa and Safe Key at American Express when paying by credit card, which enable a special encryption process.
To process the payment, you will be redirected to the website of your credit card bank. Secure sites can be recognized by the Internet address, which should always begin with https:// and by the small lock symbol in the browser line.
If you are already a customer, you prove that you are the rightful credit card holder by means of two-factor authentication (2FA). Depending on the credit card bank, different options are used, such as via SMS-TAN in combination with a password or a corresponding app. Biometric methods, such as facial recognition or fingerprint confirmation, can also be used to approve the payment.

All debit cards that are labeled with the red-blue Maestro logo can be called Maestro cards. The typical Maestro card is a debit card (Girocard) which also bears the Girocard logo in addition to the Maestro logo. The advantage of the Maestro function is that cardholders can also make cashless payments abroad.
The use of the card is limited due to security in various countries. The cardholder should contact his/her bank in advance if he/she wishes to use the card abroad.
As of July 1, 2023, credit institutions will no longer be allowed to market giro cards with Maestro function, thus eliminating the use of the giro card abroad.

Installment Purchase:
With the financing service of Klarna you can pay your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least 6.95 EUR) or under the conditions otherwise specified in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of each month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice.

The eps-Überweisung (Electronic Payment Standard) can be found in Austria and is considered a fast, simple and secure online payment system, which was developed in cooperation with the Austrian banks. The eps-Überweisung is considered secure because it does not require registration, the server location is in Austria and no data is passed on to unknown third parties.
For e-Government, eps is the official payment method, as many electronic official transactions in Austria are processed via eps. Payment outside of Austria is possible as long as you have access to your account.

The IDEAL payment system is very popular in the Netherlands. When choosing this payment option, you will be redirected directly to the online banking area of your bank. Here you can then make the payment without having to fill out the transfer form, because this process is automatic. The error rate is therefore relatively low, because the data must be created only once. IDEAL is based on internet/mobile banking and uses the same security measures, therefore IDEAL is as secure as internet banking.

Bancontact is a very popular payment method which is based in Belgium and is also primarily available to Belgian customers. To make a payment from one account to another, all that is required is a bank account with a cooperating Belgian bank.

Store Pay was developed by Shopify to provide an accelerated checkout experience. By saving your email address, credit card details, shipping and billing information, you can save time when completing the checkout process, especially if you have already signed up for Shop Pay in a Shopify store.
Only by specifying the email address during the setup, it is possible to save his contact information, so it is not enough to specify a phone number in the contact field.
Customers' shipping and billing information is securely stored on Shopify's PCI-compliant servers and only shared with the store after the order is placed.

Apple Pay is a simple payment system from Apple and is accepted by many merchants worldwide. Apple Pay can be used in Safari, Apple's browser on your iPad, iPhone or Mac. It replaces bank cards with a private and secure payment method. Your credit card number is never stored on Apple's servers or your device because Apple Pay uses a unique transaction code along with a device-specific number to make payments. This also means your card number is never shared with us or other merchants. Apple calls the payment system private because no data from your transaction can be traced back to you.

You can pay with Google Pay during the order process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the mobile app "Google Pay" on a supported device in compliance with verification steps. Google Pay uses the payment data stored by you in the app for the transaction.

In the order process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon. In order to be able to process the payment via Amazon, you must be registered with Amazon or register first and legitimize with your access data. There you can choose the delivery address and payment method stored at Amazon, confirm the use of your data by Amazon and the payment instruction to us. You will then be redirected back to our online store, where you can complete the ordering process. Immediately after placing your order, the transaction will be carried out automatically by Amazon.

It takes only a few steps to pay with Paypal and is therefore considered a fast and secure payment system. Select "PayPal" as payment method at the checkout. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.
If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create one and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal the creation of a PayPal account is not necessary.
