HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

If a product purchased from us does not fit you or you are not satisfied due to defects, you can of course return it to us within 14 days. To do this, fill out the following form and you will receive a shipping label by e-mail from our logistics partner after successfully entering your data.

Please note that we only accept unused and undamaged products without signs of use in the original packaging. For the sake of completeness, it goes without saying that labels or hangtags have not been removed and are enclosed with the returned goods. At the latest after receipt of the goods and careful inspection of the goods you will be credited the purchase price or replaced rejected items and sent to you.
